Dynamic Range

When working with video, dynamic range is the range of brightness to the darkness that your camera accurately represents. If your lighting is outside of that then you will be either underexposed or overexposed.  If we’re thinking about lighting our show, then it’s the difference between the brightest and the darkest points of our show (in time).
